We use several customization methods, including heat transfer vinyl (HTV), direct-to-film (DTF) transfers, and sublimation, depending on the product and design.

For projects requiring other production methods, we may coordinate with trusted production partners to help fulfill your order.

Proper care helps extend the life of your custom apparel. We generally recommend washing garments inside out with mild detergent, avoiding bleach and excessive heat, and following the care instructions provided for your item.

Because our products are customized, orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund when warranted.
