We are not a screen-printing company, so we can not handle large orders in a short period of time. We will accept large orders, however we would need at least 7-14 business days, possibly longer depending on the quantity to complete.

Yes, depending on the design request. If you do not have a design, we will do our best to create one free of charge. For more detailed designs, we may have to contract a graphic designer. In that event, there will be an additional fee. When placing your custom order, be sure to choose the option to have your design created.
Yes, depending on the items. However, we will only discount based on the price we would pay for a comparable item. For example, if you provide a t-shirt, we will deduct our t-shirt cost from the overall charge.
We only accept certain brands and the garments have to be clean, new and unworn.
We reserve the right to turn down any order for any reason.

Vinyl is used on one or two color simple designs. Any detailed or colorful designs will need to be sublimated or done with heat transfer paper.
We do not provide Screen-printing services, DTF (direct-to-film), or DTG (direct-to-garment); however depending on the project, we may be able to facilitate the order for you through one of our trusted partners.
Heat transfer vinyl, or HTV for short, is a specialty vinyl polymer that can be used on certain fabrics and materials to create designs and promotional products. It comes in a roll or sheet form with an adhesive backing so it can be cut, weeded, and placed on a substrate for heat application. Heat transfer vinyl is made in single colors and also has special options such as patterned, glitter, flocked, holographic, glow-in-the-dark, reflective and 3D puff.
Sublimation printing, also referred to as dye sublimation printing, is a printing method for transferring images onto a substrate, usually a cloth material such as polyester. Sublimation is also used on other items such as mugs, keychains, phone cases, and more.
A garment with HTV or sublimation should last as long as the garment lasts if you wash and dry the garment properly. It’s better to turn the garments inside out before washing, use mild detergent, and hang or tumble dry. High heat will cause the vinyl material to lift, wrinkle, or fade. If the HTV begins to wrinkle, simply iron the garment with NO STEAM inside out. CLICK HERE to view our washing instructions.
Garments created with images using heat transfer paper are very temporary and do NOT last long. This method is usually used for photo images (picture shirts) or very detailed designs with multiple colors. We recommend only using heat transfer paper on custom items made for special occasions (one use) only.
All of our items are custom made, so we are not accepting refunds. However, depending on the situation, we can replace your item(s) or give you a customer credit.
