 By subscribing to our keychain subscription service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined on this page. 

Please review all details, including pricing, customization options, billing, shipping, and cancellation policies, before placing your order.

Busy B Custom Co. is not responsible for failure to read the policy before subscribing. 

Subscription options include:

• Month-to-Month Subscription: $109/month (2-month minimum commitment)
• 6-Month Subscription: $99/month (best value, bonus keychains at 6 months)
• 12-Month Subscription:  $90/month (biggest savings, priority service)

Each subscription includes 36 custom keychains per month with the option to add features like QR codes, premium packaging, or custom tassel colors for an additional fee.

 2-month minimum commitment. Any cancellations before the 2-month mark will be subject to a $25 early cancellation fee.

• Payments are processed automatically each month via PayPal.
• Your subscription renews on the same date each month based on your original signup date.
• If a payment fails, you will have 7 days to update your payment method before your subscription is paused.
• Add-on's will be invoiced separately from monthly subscription per request. 

• We will produce and ship 36 custom keychains each month based on the customer’s provided design.
• Standard shipping is included; expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
• Your order will be processed and shipped each month on the same date as your subscription start date.
• Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
• Local Pick-up: Orders can be arranged for pick up in Minneapolis.

Month-to-Month Plans: 

• The month-to-month subscription requires a 2-month minimum commitment.
• You must cancel at least 5 days before the next billing date to avoid charges.
• Any cancellations before the 2-month mark will be subject to a $25 early cancellation fee.
   

6-Month & 12-Month Plans: 

• Early cancellation requires one additional month’s payment as a termination fee.
• If payment fails, the subscription will be paused, and the customer has 7 days to update payment before cancellation.

• Refunds are not available for processed orders.

•  Due to the custom nature of the product, refunds are not available unless there is a production error. 
• Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement.
