IMAGE REQUIRMENTS

In order for your image to be printed at it's highest quality, 

please email your logo/image in the following format:

• High resolution, original file
• Transparent .PNG file preferred, especially for Sublimation printing
• High resolution .JPEG and .PDF file

If your image is pixelated, grainy, blurry, or created in a low resolution, 

the print will be very low quality and you may be asked to supply a more quality image.

Examples of a low quality image would be:

• Screenshot
• Camera phone picture of another physical picture
• An image saved from Facebook or Instagram that has been compressed
• An image created in an app that was not saved as a transparent .png 

If you do not have the actual design file (screenshots, google images, etc. can not be used), we recommend following these steps: 

•  Go to Etsy.com and search through images. 
• In the search bar, type in PNG or SVG after your search words to find the actual design file.  It's usually between $1-$5.  *For example: If looking for "6th Birthday" designs, type in "6th Birthday PNG" into the search bar. 
• Once you find the image you would like printed, email the link in your browser to the image to busybcustomco@gmail.com. DO NOT PURCHASE! 

We will look over the image to confirm whether it's a printable design. 

If the image is printable, we will purchase the design and 

add the charge as a "Design Fee" to your order.
